Tom Goike joined the team as the President and CEO of Walther Manufacturing in 2022 based in Fort Smith Arkansas. He brings with him 32 years. of experience in Manufacturing, holding leadership roles in Manufacturing and R&D facilities for Fortune 500 companies and highly successful start-ups in Oil & Gas, and Outdoor Product Industries including Baker Hughes, Parker Hannifin, YETI Coolers, and Ultimate Top Drives. A US Airforce Veteran serving during Operation Desert Shield Desert Storm he has since led teams across all business models giving him a solid understanding of the day-to-day operations and a clear vision of world-class manufacturing. Tom follows a leadership style focused on engagement and empowerment while developing a culture of high-performance teams dedicated to making Walther Arms Manufacturing USA the world leader in firearms manufacturing.
