Captain Joseph Polanin, a career U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer completed 30 years of active military service in May 2020.
He grew up in Carteret, NJ, was appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, and earned MBA and MA degrees with honors while deploying around the world frequently for combat, counterinsurgency, and expeditionary operations. Competitively screened and promoted to the top 1% of senior leaders, he has more than 22 years of experience as a successful CEO and COO leading highly specialized, globally integrated teams to succeed against complex threats in high-risk environments despite every obstacle. He joined The Veterans’ Ranch as President of the Board of Directors in June 2022 and values serving our Warriors, Veterans and their Families, who have sacrificed greatly for the freedoms we enjoy today.
