With over 30 years of experience, Jeff’s expertise spans business strategy, operations, and technology. He has made significant strides in transforming organizations of all sizes while working across multiple companies and venture capital and private equity partners.
Jeff currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Judit Inc. responsible for driving the company’s strategic directionand growth in the labor solutions sector. He is responsible for the execution and workforce development across sales, recruiting, operations, and marketing.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, he always saw minor league sports ownership as a place to apply the disciplines from his work with startups to drive growth for the teams, create a unique fan experience and build community engagement.
As Co-Founder and Senior Operating Partner at Wasabi Ventures Sports Management, Jeff is part of the investment and diligence process and then works with the team’s owners and staff on strategic initiatives and execution plans.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jeff has always been committed to giving back through his service on the boards of multiple non-profits focused on strengthening our communities. He has served as Past Board President for the House of Ruth Maryland and as a Board Member for the Backside Learning Center. He also served as a Wish Granting Volunteer for the Make A Wish Foundation Additionally, Jeff is an owner of thoroughbred racehorses and is very committed to the power that equine therapy plays in support of the clients of The Veterans Ranch.
